2017, Dagestan lights

The city is located at the northeastern foot of the Greater Caucasus, 118 km southeast of Makhachkala and 5 km northwest of Derbent. It is located at an altitude of 35 meters above sea level, northeast of Mount Baraftau (208 m). The distance to the Caspian Sea is about 3 km. It is a satellite of the city of Derbent.

2017, Prison “Kresty”, Saint Petersburg, Russia

The last days of working of the famous Russian prison, “Kresty”, that was located in an old historical place in Saint Petersburg and contained about 2500 prisoners, before moving to a new building in the suburbs, designed for 4000 people - Kresty-2. (The government is proud that it will be the largest remand prison in Europe).

"Under the Bridge", Saint Petersburg, Russia

The photo series was shot in 2010. The place “under the bridge”, which is considered superfluous and passable in an ordinary urban environment, turns into a public space inhabited by strange and different characters.
